G3 Enterprises seeks a Transportation Manager to oversee truck dispatch operations across multiple lines of business and commodities. You will manage carrier relationships, ensure high customer service, and lead financial planning for business units.

Responsibilities include supervising a high-volume dispatch team, optimizing transportation efficiency, and steering cost reduction while maintaining safety and compliance. Strong leadership and analytical skills are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in operations or transportation to include supervisory or management experience; or 9 years of experience in operations or transportation with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Computer skill requirements include: Intermediate MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Manages a high volume, multi mode/equipment operations dispatch team.
• Analyzes the transportation function to achieve maximum efficiency and quality service.
• Performs overall resource and workload management.
• Manages all aspects of customer service including escalated calls and post service surveys.
• Manages all aspects of the freight brokerage process.
• Negotiates carrier rates and customer rates.
• Monitors carrier development and maintains carrier relations.
• Ensures accurate billing to customers and payments to carriers.
