Responsibilities

• Implementation of all rates and commitments utilizing rate schedules and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• All other OTM system updates (capacity limits, commitment allocations, etc.).
• Responsible for processing the weekly fuel surcharge program to ensure carriers are paid the appropriate fuel based on DOE weekly diesel fuel price changes.
• Daily routing guide creation and weekly routing guide audit creation, as well as maintenance to support the audit results.
• Freight settlement research.
