Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Transportation Technology to lead the transportation digital transformation strategy and roadmap. You will own the product and drive SAP TM implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvements across global operations.

You will translate business needs into actionable specifications, partner with developers, and coordinate design, build, and QA activities while leading cross-functional teams and managing risk, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Transportation Management and integrations (e.g., Transportation Master Data, Planning, Inbound/Outbound transport, Freight Settlement).
• Experience in re-engineering and standardizing business processes across entities.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA TM design, configuration, development, and implementation including TM modules.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and solution direction by maintaining the global template, validating and challenging business requirements, and ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with future growth.
• Translate strategy into executable solutions by converting business requirements into functional/technical specs, partnering with developers, and leading design, build, testing, and QA.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, SAP capabilities, and upgrades.
• Ensure business continuity and user enablement by supporting issue resolution and SAP training.
• Lead roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment with a three-year plan across CPS and NAOU.
• Manage delivery from requirements through implementation, controlling scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Provide cross-organizational leadership across CPS and NAOU to coordinate with users and support teams.
