Medline is seeking a Transportation Coordinator for its on-site team in Katy, TX. You will answer OSIs and inbound calls, and determine the most effective transportation modes to move products between branches, facilities, and to Medline customers.

You will coordinate with carriers, operations and sales, and assist with scheduling and inside delivery initiatives. The role requires at least 2 years of related experience, knowledge of transportation practices, and a basic understanding of

• 2+ years of experience as Transportation Coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of transportation practices.
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Answer OSIs and inbound calls from sales reps and Medline employees.
• Determine modes of transportation for moving products between branches, facilities, and customers.
• Communicate with carriers, operations and sales teams; coordinate with customers as required.
• Participate in scheduling and inside delivery initiatives; support rush carrier coordination.
