Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned transparency reporting lead to coordinate disclosures across health care compliance functions. You will design reporting methodologies, validate data, and drive automation to ensure accurate external disclosures.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, and regional stakeholders to translate regulatory changes into reporting requirements, oversee testing, and deliver training. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 6+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years in HCC or a related compliance function (regulatory, quality, finance, etc.).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and implement system or process improvements.
• Experience with data consolidation from multiple sources into quantitative reports.
• Demonstrated experience with database and reporting tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; some travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate transparency reporting activities across assigned business units and systems.
• Partner with stakeholders on preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of disclosures.
• Develop and maintain reporting methodologies, control frameworks, and risk assessments.
• Monitor emerging regulations and translate changes into reporting requirements.
• Advise Compliance, Legal, Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders on reporting and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices across reporting processes.
• Translate reporting requirements into scalable digital and automated solutions.
• Lead testing, change management, and deployment activities.
• Use analytics, visualization, and automation to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Develop reporting analytics and insights to identify risks and opportunities.
• Document processes and provide training materials.
