You will lead multidisciplinary teams in day-to-day management of engagements, overseeing projects from inception to completion and ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes strategic process improvements, organizational transformation, and change management within critical infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science or related field and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in project management, techniques, and procedures.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience leading technical aspects of consulting engagements in regards to heavy industrial sectors such as power generation and delivery and oil, gas, and chemical.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of analysts, consultants, and support staff in day-to-day management of engagements.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and train staff; provide leadership and guidance across teams.
• Perform and lead advanced consulting engagements to help guide clients in strategic process improvements and technology advancements.
• Lead analysis, approval, and implementation of multiple project deliverables.
