Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of functional experience; 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, transformation or related field.
• Top-tier consulting firm experience preferred (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent).
• Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills are required.
• Excel with modelling, data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise strategic initiatives through structured analysis, business case development, and execution planning.
• Translates strategic priorities into measurable initiatives, KPIs, and roadmaps.
• Develops executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives for leadership communication.
• Tracks progress, develops dashboards and governance for strategic programs.
• Collaborates with technology, product, operations, finance, and business teams to drive execution.
