Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Business Transformation Manager in Cincinnati, OH, to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, and Lines of Business. You will support identification, prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives to drive measurable outcomes and value creation.

You will help develop strategy, program structure, and redesigned processes while managing workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant business experience in transformation, operations, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience supporting complex transformation programs or process improvement efforts.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of strategy, operations, and change management concepts.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation of strategic initiatives aligned to corporate vision.
• Partner with executive sponsors and stakeholders to define initiative scope, objectives, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Manage day-to-day execution of assigned initiatives or workstreams, ensuring milestones are met.
• Track, analyze, and report on business outcomes, value realization, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies for mitigation.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure integration of workstreams.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes.
• Support change management planning and execution to enable adoption of new capabilities.
• Contribute to building a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
