Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant business experience, including transformation, operations, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience supporting complex transformation programs or process improvement efforts.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing materials for and presenting to mid‑to senior‑level stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of strategy, operations, and change management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of strategic initiatives aligned to corporate vision.
• Partner with executive sponsors and stakeholders to define initiative scope, objectives, timelines, risks, and resource requirements.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution of assigned initiatives or workstreams, ensuring adherence to milestones and timelines.
• Track, analyze, and report on business outcomes, value realization, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Identify, document, and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies, contributing to mitigation planning.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure integration and coordination of workstreams.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, product lifecycle management) to optimize processes.
• Support change management planning and execution to enable adoption of new capabilities.
• Contribute to building a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
