Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Associate Director in Atlanta to lead strategic advisory efforts across public health client engagements. You will develop materials, present to senior executives, and drive workshops that shape policy and program design.

You will also coordinate cross‑functional teams, identify growth opportunities, and help scale pilots with CDC and partners. A strong background in public health programs and client relations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• TEN+ years of experience managing large public health programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise across client engagements; develop and review presentations, memos, and reports.
• Present during meetings and with senior client executives; facilitate workshops and strategy sessions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities; support capture from sourcing through award/close.
• Coordinate pilot projects with public health agencies and partners; track outcomes and lessons learned.
