Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Group is seeking an Associate, Transfer Pricing in New York, NY. You will analyze intercompany transactions and collaborate across teams to prepare BEAT and transfer pricing inputs for US Tax Returns, monthly and annually.

You will lead TP projects, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors to implement compliant policies. You will develop functional analyses to support pricing methodologies under US tax and OECD rules, prepare memos, and disclosures for governance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field; four years of related experience.
Experience applying transfer pricing or international tax to cross-border transactions; OECD guidelines.
Ability to prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and disclosures; support audits.

Responsibilities

Analyze intercompany transactions and determine BEAT and TP inputs for US Tax Returns.
Lead transfer pricing projects, coordinating with internal teams and external advisers.
Develop, implement, and maintain TP policies in line with US Tax and OECD regulations.
Prepare transfer pricing memos and disclosures for governance groups and authorities.
Support audits with documentation responses and strategic TP advice.
Assist with tax automation initiatives to improve controls and reporting.
