Responsibilities

• Analyze intercompany transactions and prepare BEAT/TP inputs for US Tax Returns.
• Lead transfer pricing projects across teams and coordinate with external advisors.
• Develop transfer pricing policies compliant with US tax and OECD guidelines.
• Prepare transfer pricing memos and disclosures for tax governance and authorities.
• Support tax audits and provide strategic transfer pricing advice.
