Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Boston seeks a Strategic Transactions and Licensing Associate to join their Technology Group. You will work with venture-backed startups and VC firms across tech, life sciences, and financial services, handling the full lifecycle of a company and engaging directly with clients.

Duties include drafting and negotiating licensing, partnering and commercial agreements, providing IP, privacy and business counseling, and managing transactions from formation to financings and

Qualifications

• JD from 2023-2024.
• Experience in commercial contracts, venture financing, or M&A transactions preferred.
• Admission to or eligibility for the Massachusetts State Bar.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Previous large law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities
