Job summary

Rosenblatt Law Firm is seeking a Transactional Attorney to support the transactional department under supervision of Senior Associates and Partners. You will maintain client relationships, draft documents, perform legal research, and manage transactions to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires JD, Texas Bar admission, and at least 5 years of experience in transactional practice, with strong writing, communication, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and active Texas Bar status.
• Proven experience as a transactional attorney.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and extensive documentation.

Responsibilities

• Research and draft documents, perform legal research using Westlaw and firm resources.
• Draft entity formation documents and review before presenting to client.
• Support mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and acquisition documents.
• Draft real estate, contracts, employment, HOA, and related documents.
• Attend team meetings, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely billing and status reporting.
