Rosenblatt Law Firm in Houston, TX is seeking a Transactional Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to support the transactional department. You will maintain client relationships, draft documents, perform legal research, and manage transactions.

The ideal candidate is Texas Bar admitted, proficient in contract drafting, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and employment matters, with excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and Texas Bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a transactional attorney.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
