Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform data gathering, document review and quality of earnings work.
• Conduct research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Lead due diligence for buy side and sell side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Support development of team members and mentoring within the group.
