Wipfli is seeking an experienced financial analyst to perform comprehensive financial analysis for transactions, evaluate deal structures, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver insights for clients. You will manage multiple projects, serve as a main client contact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance value and accuracy in all deliverables.

You will mentor junior staff, prepare clear reports and presentations, and help ensure adherence to IFRS/GAAP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of Transaction Advisory Services or related areas.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills with Excel and financial databases.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including historical and projected financial statements.
• Collaborate on deal structures and valuation methodologies considering market conditions and industry trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to provide insights.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables and meet client expectations.
• Act as a primary client contact and communicate findings and recommendations.
