Wipfli is seeking a senior Transaction Advisory professional to perform comprehensive financial analysis, evaluate deal structures, and provide insights on industry trends for clients.

You will manage multiple projects, serve as a primary client contact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance value. The role emphasizes accuracy, clear reporting, and mentorship of junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or related areas.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and financial databases.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results within strict timelines.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP is advantageous.
• CPA or CFA desirable but not mandatory
