Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks a Training Management & Program Analyst to support United States Army INSCOM at Fort Belvoir, VA. This full-time role requires extensive Army Intelligence experience and a Top Secret/SCI clearance, with duties spanning analytics, process improvement, and production oversight.

Candidates will analyze programs, develop metrics, and produce concise, defense-focused intelligence products while collaborating across teams in a highly secure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience.
• US citizen with ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Ability to communicate complex information and derive analytic questions from trends in reporting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Supports process improvement through analysis using internal program and external benchmark data.
• Identifies risks and improves metrics for performance.
• Performs statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products.
• Maintains records and ensures visualization and production activities are captured in databases.
• Provides ad hoc business analytic support including process mapping and stakeholder surveys.
