Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience (including the last 2 years).
• Demonstrated mission knowledge and completion of developmental training.
• Ability to communicate complex information derived from diverse sources clearly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to collaborate with IC members on information sharing and conflicts.
• Ability to develop concise, insightful defense intelligence products.
• Ability to guide teams researching multifaceted problems.
• Experience with Army staffing actions (OPORD, EXORD, white papers).
• Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of maintaining DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supports process improvement through analysis using internal program and external benchmark data.
• Determines areas of risk and improvement by developing, refining, and monitoring metrics to justify improvements.
• Conducts statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products.
• Performs record keeping to capture visualization and production activities in the relevant database.
• Provides ad hoc and recurring business analytics including process mapping and performance measures.
