Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee training and operational projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The role covers deployment planning, equipment purchases, financial tracking, subcontractor support, invoicing, and reporting for internal stakeholders and customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven project management experience, with strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Operations, or related field required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Project management experience including schedules, budgets, reporting, and customer coordination.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; travel up to 25% to CONUS/OCONUS sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from planning through execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project scope, cost estimates, schedules, milestones, staffing plans, and resources.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, purchasing, invoicing, and related financial activities for forecasting and cost control.
