Job summary

Constellis seeks a Program Manager to provide overall operational support and serve as the primary point of contact for the client and corporate personnel. The role includes overseeing security operations centers (SOCs), ensuring contract compliance, and managing project and personnel oversight.

The position requires a US citizen with an active Top Secret SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in law enforcement, military, or business management, and

Qualifications

• US Citizen with current active Top Secret SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree or substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities.
• Ability to manage highly sensitive information in a changing environment.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract to include: quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, control costs, compliance with all government reporting requirements, quality control, and management of key personnel.
• Supervise all individuals working under this contract
• Manage the operational schedule to ensure that all posts have coverage per the contract.
• Be available to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency or exigent circumstance
• Have overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and is responsible for ensuring the work force complies with program requirements
• Serve as the focal point for the client for all program activities and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the SOW
• Ensure all equipment and property is tracked and accounted for, and otherwise safeguarded
• Ensure that all employees are in compliance with all contract and state requirements
• Develop and update local SOPs as required
• Ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget
• Conduct Corporate Reviews
• Other duties as assigned

Position Summary

Responsible for overall operational support and the primary POC for the client and corporate personnel. In addition to providing project and personnel oversight and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, the Program Manager oversees and manages security operations centers (SOCs).

Compensation

$130,000 ANNUALLY and a $5,000 sign on bonus contingent on the client approval to work the contract.
