The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder partnership, and expertise in instructor-led, virtual, and blended training delivery. This hybrid-remote position supports employee development and regulatory training requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in training/learning & development, call center operations, healthcare operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating instructor-led training programs.
• Experience coaching employees and providing performance feedback.
• Ability to lead classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage instructor-led, virtual, and blended training programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze needs and design learning objectives.
• Develop materials to meet business requirements and ensure effective transfer of learning.
• Coach and develop training staff; provide performance feedback.
• Measure training effectiveness via assessments and metrics; adjust as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
