Job summary

Nivagen Pharmaceuticals in Sacramento, CA, is hiring a Training and Document Control Specialist to develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for document control, ensuring ISO, FDA, GMP, and GDP compliance. You will design materials for QMS and document control, and lead trainings across sites.

This role supports onboarding, change management, audits, and reporting, requiring a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in a regulated environment; strong communication, organization, and LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in a regulated industry; preferred experience in project management, training, quality systems, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Training development and delivery for QMS and document control processes.
• Onboarding training for new hires on document management and QMS procedures; support change initiatives.
• Evaluate training outcomes, update content, and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Maintain training records, track completion and competency, and prepare documentation for audits.
• Create curriculum assignments in the training system, generate reports, and distribute training results.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide first‑line training support and improve training programs.
