Qualifications

• Strong understanding of prosecution of U.S. trademark applications.
• Good knowledge of USPTO rules and procedures.
• Experience in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and counsel.

Responsibilities

• Advise on domestic and foreign trademark disputes and portfolio management.
• Coordinate trademark clearance and selection processes.
• Maintain U.S. and international trademark portfolios and related copyrights/licensing.
• Engage in domain name dispute matters; litigation experience preferred.
