Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager, Trade Shows to lead the trade show strategy for the Medical division and oversee planning, execution, and evolution of events, activations, and executive engagements. You will work closely with marketing, commercial, cross-divisional partners and leadership teams to create innovative, customer-centric experiences that strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years’ work experience in marketing, communications, events or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the trade show strategy for the Medical division and oversee planning, execution and evolution of trade shows, events and executive engagements.
• Direct complex, high-visibility trade shows and activations ensuring brand consistency and ROI.
• Collaborate with MarCom on design, budgeting and construction of exhibits; drive KPI tracking and lead generation.
• Develop comprehensive event project plans including tasks, product needs, collateral and bookings.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure best arrangements within budget and maintain relationships with key industry associations.
