Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years’ work experience in marketing, communications, events or related field.
• Previous people leader experience preferred.
• Experience managing production requirements and timelines of trade show production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the trade show strategy for the Medical division, overseeing planning, execution and evolution of shows and events.
• Direct cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and ROI.
• Architect and elevate customer-centric experiences that showcase innovation and deepen relationships.
• Collaborate with MarCom on exhibit design, layout, and budget management.
• Own performance measurement: KPIs, lead generation, ROI and strategic impact.
