Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager, Trade Shows to lead the trade show strategy for the Medical division, driving strategic planning, execution and evolution of trade shows, events and executive engagements.

You will partner with Marketing and commercial teams to deliver customer-centric experiences that elevate the brand, maximize ROI and ensure operational excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of work experience in marketing, communications, events or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the trade show strategy for the Medical division and related events.
• Execute complex, high-visibility trade shows with cross-divisional teams.
• Collaborate with MarCom on exhibit design, layout and costs.
• Define KPIs, track ROI, and optimize event portfolio.
