Job summary

Google is hiring a Senior Leadership Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs focused on infrastructure planning and efficiency. The role emphasizes capacity planning, demand forecasting, and reliable delivery across multiple sites in the US, with advanced leadership responsibilities and a strong collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in program management and 7+ years in leadership roles, plus experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
• Experience in capacity planning, demand planning, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of several engineering programs for a fast-paced, innovative engineering team. Work with our engineering, product and business stakeholders to deliver outstanding business outcome alignment with our organizational priorities.
• Identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria.
• Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders and leadership.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
