Job summary

Evolutyz Corp is seeking a strong Technical Program Manager to support a high-priority operations initiative within our supply chain organization. This role offers significant executive visibility and requires someone who can operate independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 7 years of Technical Program Management or Program Management experience.
• SAP HANA/S4 implementation experience with B2B and complex integrations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple organizations without direct authority.
• Background in supply chain, manufacturing operations, planning, semiconductor, or related enterprise operations is highly preferred.
• Semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience collaborating with external manufacturing partners (e.g., CEMs/EMS/OSATs) is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organization and follow-through.
• Expertise in Jira.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of a strategic operations program with global stakeholders.
• Coordinate across Supply Chain, Planning, Business Operations, Engineering, IT, and external manufacturing partners.
• Manage complex dependencies, risks, issue resolution, and executive communications.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, track action items, and drive accountability across teams.
• Bring structure to ambiguous business problems and help teams execute toward critical milestones.
