Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst II supervisory lead in Arlington, VA. You will supervise an analytic team, coordinate with client representatives, and ensure quality control across all-source threat reporting.

You will direct risk analyses of overseas facilities, develop mitigation strategies with SMEs, and deliver briefings to executives and State Department personnel. Strong leadership and interagency collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Current U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Eligible for and able to obtain required security clearances.
• GS-0132 series experience or equivalent with at least 1 year.
• At least 2 years of Intelligence Analyst II experience in Strategic Threat Assessment.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Experience leading a group of analysts and coordinating responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisory team for Intelligence Analyst II in Strategic Threat Assessment and Risk.
• Serve as primary or secondary interlocutor with client representatives.
• Maintain quality control and assurance standards per client requirements.
• Oversee all-source intelligence analysis focusing on overseas threats.
• Conduct risk analysis with SMEs and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead compilation of threat information into periodic reports.
• Provide written and verbal briefings to executives and State Department personnel.
• Collaborate with analysts across intelligence, law enforcement, and international communities.
• Participate in interagency committees and working groups on security matters.
