Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or life sciences.
• 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or hospital environments.
• 2+ years in thought leader liaison or similar field marketing role.
• 2+ years engaging with thought leaders in hepatology, gastroenterology, or endocrinology.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience supporting specialty product launches.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain long-term commercial relationships with regional thought leaders and emerging influencers.
• Conduct market research and generate insights to inform brand strategies and regional marketing tactics.
• Develop and execute comprehensive congress plans with strategic thought leader engagements.
• Manage speaker logistics, training programs, and ongoing development for program effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, medical affairs, and other departments.
