Stripe is seeking a skilled professional to join the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team. You’ll maintain, evolve, and implement the risk framework across third-party relationships, partnering with risk domain owners, procurement, legal and other stakeholders to drive maturity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in risk or compliance roles.
• Experience managing distinct projects and programs with stakeholders.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments while navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Global Third Party Risk Management Program, Policy, and Framework, ensuring alignment with regulations and best practices.
• Launch and mature nascent risk domains to increase overall program maturity.
• Design and support an enhanced oversight model for Partnerships and Contingent Workers.
• Design and enhance elements of the Third Party Risk Framework including offboarding and incident monitoring.
• Build and oversee the third-party performance management function and establish metrics and monitoring.
