Job summary

Stripe seeks a Senior Third Party Risk Manager to lead and govern the company’s third-party risk program. You will partner with Risk Domain Owners, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders to apply a unified framework across risk and compliance areas and to evolve policy and standards.

The role focuses on maturing risk domains, developing oversight for partnerships and contingent workers, and delivering clear reporting to governance and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of risk or compliance experience, ideally third-party risk.
• Proven project and program management with stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration across risk, procurement, legal, and operations.
• Ability to analyze data to draw insights and support decisions.
• Experience with risk programs and regulatory frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Global Third Party Risk Management Program, Policy, and Framework.
• Launch and mature nascent risk domains to increase program maturity.
• Design and support an enhanced oversight model for Partnerships and Contingent Workers.
• Design and enhance elements of the Third Party Risk Framework including offboarding and incident monitoring.
• Build and oversee the third-party performance management function with metrics and monitoring.
• Design reporting to communicate program status to governance committees and senior leaders.
• Serve as SME and coordinator of system business requirements among risk domain owners.
