NXP Semiconductors in Austin, TX is seeking a Test Operations Strategy Manager to own long-term strategic sourcing of test capacity across wafer and final test. You will partner with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to shape demand, capacity, and roadmaps, influencing senior leadership with clear data-driven insights.

This role requires deep technical knowledge of test processes, strong program management, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with at least 6 years of experience.
• Masters’ Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience.
• More than 5 years of experience with Wafer Test or Final Test semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• More than 3 years of experience with supply chain planning and strategies.

Responsabilités

• Define long-range Wafer Test and Final Test sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Review long-term Wafer Test and Final Test roadmaps and align with sourcing strategies.
• Prepare the annual Long Term Plan (LTP) and Strategic Plan Alignment (SPA) documents for Wafer Test and Final Test.
• Manage and monitor execution and sourcing including capacity expansions to align to the LTP.
• Identify forecast uncertainties and manage them to achieve a robust long-term plan.
