Job summary

Belcan seeks an experienced Test Manager to lead Test & Verification (T&V) activities on complex Defence and Space programmes. You will define test strategies, oversee verification, and ensure systems satisfy stringent customer and contractual requirements.

You will produce bid and project test artefacts, lead teams to deliver testing within cost, schedule, and quality targets, and mentor engineers to uphold best practices in verification across large-scale programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (required).
• Advanced ISTQB or equivalent testing certification (desirable).
• Experience in Defence, Space, Satellite or Aerospace sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall test strategy and verification approach across projects.
• Develop and manage Test & Verification plans and strategies to minimise risk.
• Define IVV activities across complex systems and environments.
• Ensure all testing activities meet requirements and contractual expectations.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in testing and verification.
