Impact Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded Procurement & Tender Lead for a permanent, hybrid role based in Kettering. You’ll bridge Sales and Procurement, ensuring major tender opportunities are priced competitively and delivered successfully.

You'll handle opportunities from £250k to £13m, lead go/no-go decisions, coordinate with suppliers, and drive winning proposals. This exclusive role offers visibility across the business and potential for progression.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and assessing new business opportunities.
• Leading Go/No Go decision-making processes.
• Attending tender kick-off meetings and gathering key information.
• Working closely with procurement and category teams to build competitive proposals.
• Negotiating pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Managing multiple tenders through to submission.
• Supporting implementation and onboarding activities once business is won.
