Qualifications

• At least five years of professional technology writing experience.
• Experience producing guidance, policy materials, or executive briefs for technical programs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and develop client-aligned content.
• Translate complex technical and policy information into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Develop guidance documents, policy materials, and messaging frameworks for data, AI, and manufacturing topics.
• Interview stakeholders and synthesize inputs into well-supported draft content.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure quality and consistency with government standards.
• Adapt content into audience-specific communications to support dissemination of guidance.
• Identify opportunities to explain program capabilities and policy directions to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple assignments across technology domains with strong prioritization.
