Job summary

BOE Technology is seeking a strategic technology sourcing leader to identify opportunities in emerging fields such as new display technologies, MLED, and sensors, targeting startups and universities to advance internal programs. The role will facilitate collaborations between external companies or academic institutions and internal business units, monitor project progress, and drive implementation.

The candidate will represent the company at industry events such as CES, SID, and IEEE conferences

Qualifications

PhD required in a related scientific field.
Experience in the display, sensor, or optoelectronic industries preferred.
Bilingual in Chinese and English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technology sourcing and evaluation in emerging fields such as new display technologies, MLED, and sensors.
Facilitate strategic collaborations between external companies or academic institutions and internal business units, monitor project progress, and drive project implementation.
Actively participate in industry events such as CES, SID, and IEEE conferences to expand expert networks and strengthen technology sourcing channels.
Proactively develop external partnerships by maintaining close relationships with venture capital firms, incubators, industry associations, and experts to stay informed about industry trends and dynamics.
