Reporting to the Program Director, this role is responsible for creating and maintaining the integrated workplan, coordinating across stakeholders, departments and workstreams, to drive the development of a new solution that removes barriers to patient care. The role will track risks, dependencies, and decisions, as well as prepare materials for C-suite Advisory Committee members. They will also serve as the day-to-day coordination point with external consulting and other advisory partners.While the Program Director sets strategic direction and priorities; the Strategic Technology Manager translates that vision into a well-organized, tracked, and documented program of work. The initiative’s scope and structure will evolve over the engagement, so the Strategic Technology Manager should be comfortable operating with ambiguity while bringing structure, organization, and reliable follow-through to the work.Scope of EngagementThe Strategic Technology Manager will provide project management support to the Hybrid Care Initiative on behalf of the Program Director. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and success measures will be documented in the 90-day objectives and reviewed periodically with the Program Director. The engagement includes:Maintaining the integrated program workplan, risk and dependency tracking, and decision logPreparing agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation for Advisory Committee meetings, under the Program Director’s directionDay-to-day coordination with external consulting and advisory partners, including deliverable and timeline trackingCoordination and communication across workstreams and Company stakeholders, as directed by the Program DirectorAs the program moves from scoping to deliverables, this role will also work closely with the Epic Operations team to align objectives in support of this initiative.Initial PrioritiesDuring the first phase of the engagement, the Strategic Technology Manager will work with the Program Director to stand up the operational foundations of the Hybrid Care Initiative. Initial priorities are expected to include:Complete a needs assessment and prepare initial scope in partnership with the Program Director and Initiative StakeholdersEstablishing an integrated program workplan, risk and dependency tracking, and a decision log covering all active workstreamsSupporting the Program Director in preparing materials that frame upcoming decision points for the Advisory CommitteeCoordinating with workstream leads on feasibility analyses, affiliate engagement and communications, and platform and care model design activities, and flagging gaps or open questions to the Program DirectorTracking action items and deliverables from external partners against agreed scopeAdditional Partnership with Epic OperationsActive review of current roadmap and coordination of activities among application managersAssist with resource forecasting and risk assessmentActive engagement with project teams as needed to support and review project plansEssential FunctionsProgram Management & CoordinationMaintain an integrated, program-wide workplan and update it as priorities and scope shiftTrack risks, dependencies, and issues; ensure they are addressed by the appropriate owner or escalated to the Program Director with clear framingMaintain program documentation, including decisions, decision criteria, open questions, and required follow-upTranslate the Program Director’s direction into clear actions and track progress through completionEstablish and maintain operating routines and follow-through across workstreams and partnersMeeting & Materials SupportPrepare agendas, pre-reads, and decision-ready materials for Advisory Committee meetings, under the Program Director’s guidanceDocument decisions and follow-up items from Advisory Committee meetingsCompile supporting evidence and data for decision points as directed by the Program DirectorWorkstream & External Partner CoordinationCoordinate day-to-day work across delivery workstreams so inputs, decisions, and deliverables come together in the right sequenceServe as the day-to-day operational contact for external consulting and advisory partners, tracking deliverables and timelinesMonitor whether key economic, technical, clinical, operational, legal, regulatory, and affiliate questions are being addressed, and flag gaps or inconsistencies to the Program DirectorFacilitate resolution of cross-team logistical issues and ensure clear handoffs between internal teams and external partnersStakeholder Communications SupportSupport coordination among the Program Director, affiliate leaders, Company stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partnersHelp identify and coordinate topical experts from across the federation as neededDraft program status and progress communications for the Program Director’s reviewMaintain accurate stakeholder and contact tracking across the federationCompetenciesEducation and/or Experience4–6 years of project or program coordination experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or a related fieldExperience supporting complex, multi-workstream programs, including risk and dependency tracking, meeting facilitation, and documentationExperience coordinating with external vendors or consultantsExperience in reproductive and sexual health, community health, or mission-driven healthcare organizations a plusExperience facilitating communications between business leaders and technology expertsBachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar project management certification a plusSkillsStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detailAbility to synthesize information into clear, well-organized materialsComfortable operating with ambiguity while bringing structure to the workStrong written and verbal communication skillsProactive, self-directed, and reliable in following through on commitmentsDeep commitment to Company’s mission, values, and the communities it servesDuties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at management's discretion, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.Work Location: Remote
