Motorola Solutions is seeking a Training Consultant to understand NA customer training needs and drive training on SI and non-SI engagements. You will ensure customers can effectively use, operate, and maintain MSI solutions, driving business outcomes and satisfaction.

The role requires collaboration with field teams, experience in training delivery, and a customer-focused mindset within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Military background is required.
• 2+ years of technical professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide training consultation and custom proposal generation.
• Quote training services to align with RFP/RFI and MSI strategy.
• Collaborate with NA Account Executives, Pre-Sales, SI, Service Delivery, and Lifecycle teams.
• Manage post-sale scheduling and implementation of customer training.
• Act as training SME on strategic projects.
