Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to serve as the execution spine of a client engagement, owning the plan, cadence, status, blockers, and the running narrative of value delivered.

You will operate with the Engagement Lead, Technical Architect, and engineers to manage scope, risks, and client-facing tradeoffs, ensuring measurable outcomes and disciplined delivery across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management, engagement management, or delivery leadership.
• Experience with agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, or LLM orchestration workflows.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end execution for cross-functional delivery teams.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management at VP/director level on the client side.
• Business fluency: framing progress in commercial terms and ROI.
• Strong technical fluency with AI/data/cloud architecture.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement plan end-to-end: scope, sprint structure, milestones, dependencies, decisions, critical path.
• Maintain a single source of truth for status, risks, and decisions in project tools.
• Run daily/weekly POD cadence with discipline; avoid theatre.
• Identify and clear blockers; translate client requirements into actionable plans.
• Manage scope changes with documented impacts on plan, budget, and timeline.
• Enforce operating cadence: standups, syncs, value reviews, account reviews.
