Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz in Coppell, TX seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex commercial and government system integration programs across North America. This individual contributor role partners with Sales, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Support and other cross- functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

The role requires proactive risk management, translating technical requirements into executable program plans, and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; master's with 7+ years. 15+ years in lieu may be considered.
• Experience managing complex technical programs in engineering, manufacturing, or systems integration.
• PMP certification preferred and ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial and government system integration programs from opportunity through customer acceptance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful program delivery plans.
• Coordinate and manage external suppliers and partners to track deliverables and ensure integration.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive alignment, accountability, and execution.
• Lead and standardize Lessons Learned to drive continuous improvement across the PMO.
