Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the United States to lead multi-disciplinary engineering programs across CSCS. You will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
8 years of experience in management consulting, operations, supply chain, or engineering.
5 years in a leadership role with/without direct reports.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic problem solving; define problem statements, form hypotheses, research, analyze data and model to deliver impactful recommendations.
Identify and implement process and tooling improvements to optimize costs, inventory, and service levels; lead cross-functional projects.
Establish and manage program governance, roles, responsibilities, reporting cadence, and decision making.
Facilitate critical planning cycles (demand signaling, execution orchestration, supply planning).
Collaborate and influence across multiple levels of the organization on cross-functional process and system improvements.
