Responsibilities

• Provide strategic problem solving; problem statement definition, forming hypotheses, conducting research, analyzing data and modeling to deliver recommendations that deliver impact.
• Identify and implement process and tooling improvements to optimize costs, inventory, and service levels across operations and NPI. Collaborate with operations, business, and engineering teams to lead continuous improvement projects.
• Establish and manage program governance structure, including roles, responsibilities, reporting cadence, and decision‑making processes.
• Facilitate critical planning cycles (demand signaling, execution orchestration, supply planning).
• Collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization, leading cross‑functional process and system improvements.
