Keysight Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Hardware Strategy & Operations in Santa Rosa, CA.

This rolepartners with the Hardware VP to drive investment decisions, resource planning, and operating mechanisms aligning priorities across the hardware organization. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex programs in a matrixed environment, including budgeting and workforce

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience within technology organizations.
• Experience in technical program management, R&D operations, or engineering management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for critical hardware technology initiatives and manage risks.
• Coordinate with R&D, Finance, Product Planning, Manufacturing, HR, and business groups to drive strategic initiatives.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Establish operating cadences, reviews, and governance to improve execution and accountability.
• Develop program plans, milestones, metrics, and executive reporting.
