Teague is seeking a Senior Program Manager to act as a strategic partner to executive leadership and clients, shaping program strategy from vision through delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, multi-year programs on time and within budget, forecasting revenue and managing risk across engagements.

This role involves travel and close collaboration with Creative, Growth, and Finance leaders to drive growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school preferred.
• 7+ years of account management, project management, or design management experience in creating business solutions with 3-5 years of team leadership experience.
• Must have a positive reputation for building and maintaining relationships across diverse backgrounds.
• Must be a U.S. citizen per ITAR; must be located or willing to relocate to Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and clients, co-defining program vision and success metrics.
• Own end-to-end success of multi-disciplinary, multi-year programs, ensuring delivery excellence and profitability.
• Forecast revenue, budgets, and resourcing; manage scopes and risk across engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within budget.
