Job summary

Catalent in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Technical Marketing Content Lead (PCH) to own the scientific content strategy for the Pharma Services business, in partnership with Corporate Marketing.

You will develop a content roadmap aligned with growth objectives and create scientific narratives, messaging frameworks, and thought leadership materials to support key initiatives. This 100% onsite role requires collaboration with internal scientists, external experts, product managers and marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences or related field.
• Five+ years in life sciences marketing, product management, or scientific communications.
• Experience supporting life sciences tools or biopharma workflows.
• Background in product marketing or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of macromolecules, biologics, proteins, antibodies, or nucleic acids.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scientific content strategy and thought leadership agenda for Pharma Services.
• Develop and maintain a content roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
• Create scientific narratives, messaging frameworks, and executive presentations.
• Support preparation of speeches, panels, and customer-facing communications.
• Collaborate with internal scientists and external experts to validate accuracy.
• Partner with product managers, scientists, and marketing teams cross-functionally.
• Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and external contributors.
• Support industry conferences and speaking opportunities through content development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
