Job summary

Catalent, Inc. is seeking a Technical Marketing Content Lead to steer scientific content strategy for the Pharma Services business from its St. Petersburg, FL site.

The role requires onsite collaboration with internal scientists and external experts, and close partnership with marketing and product teams. The ideal candidate will produce narratives, messaging frameworks, executive content, and keynote materials while supporting industry conferences and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Scientific Communications, Marketing, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in life sciences, biotechnology, biopharma, scientific marketing, product management, product marketing, scientific communications, or a related field.
• Experience supporting life sciences tools, technologies, services, or biopharmaceutical development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scientific content strategy and thought leadership agenda supporting the Pharma Services business in partnership with Corporate Marketing.
• Develop and maintain a content roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
• Create scientific narratives, messaging frameworks, executive presentations, keynote content, and thought leadership materials.
