Job summary

Array Labs is seeking a Technical Communications Lead to shape how we tell our story to customers, investors, and partners. You will write, design, and produce materials that represent Array Labs in high-stakes conversations across government and commercial audiences.

You'll own the narrative architecture, collaborate with engineering and brand teams, and craft data-driven visuals and pitches for diverse buyers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Government, History, or Liberal Arts required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in communications, marketing, or investor relations.
• Proven ability to translate highly technical content for non-technical audiences.
• Strong writing and slide design skills with ownership of content and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging strategy for new markets, product launches, and business development.
• Own the overarching narrative framework across external audiences.
• Translate technical content into accessible narratives with engineering and brand teams.
• Create and maintain pitch decks, briefing materials for government and commercial audiences.
• Write clear, persuasive copy communicating Array Labs' value proposition across contexts.
• Design slide layouts and data visuals to make complex concepts intuitive.
• Contribute to marketing and pitch materials for target audiences.
